A Relationship Education Workshop for Couples
Workshop Goals
· Understand romantic love, and the moments that define a relationship
· Understand both your own and your partners emotional responses and needs
· Describe and control negative cycles that create pain and distance
· Learn to reconnect with a secure bond
This workshop is suitable for all couples. It can be helpful to couples who are doing well and want their relationship to continue to grow as well as couples who are in distress – struggling to understand and change negative patterns.
There are, however, circumstances under which “Hold me Tight” is not recommended:
- Where one or both partners are actively involved in an affair.
- Where one or both partners are acting (or threatening to act) in a physically abusive manner.
- Where one or both partners are actively abusing substances.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the workshop will be eligible to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations under 30 days are ineligible for a refund.
